Fast growing Home Service Company is looking for a Sales/Marketing Manager to generate sales and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on leads and provide Director of Operations reports with lead conversions, close rates and time to close.
• Move sales through the sales pipeline so that prospects become qualified leads and qualified leads become closed sales.
• Introduce and offer new product offerings to existing clients.
• Work with office to build our outside sales program throughout the Metro NY area with the purpose to build relationships and ultimately make sales. .
• Cold Calling
• Creating and executing systems to improve marketing and administrative processes that affect marketing.
• Identifies opportunities and cultivates relationships with potential business partners with whom the association can strengthen brand identity and offer increased value to its consumers.
Qualifications
• Requires bachelor’s degree in the marketing,
• Minimum of 5 years related job experience.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Conducts thorough competitive market research;
• demonstrated leadership ability;
• creative problem solving skills;
• ability to think strategically, develop long-range plans and implement change;
• proven track record in marketing and sales;
• Attentive to detail.
• Driven to be a top-performer in a sales organization.
- Experience in web- based marketing
• Great communication and follow up skills.
